Quinoa being one of the most nutritious pseudocereals there is and containing no gluten, I thought about making a bread with this cereal it would be a bomb! So I present to you the easy and quick recipe for a quinoa bread that you will love! In addition, flaxseed reduces cholesterol which is an advantage for people who have cardiovascular diseases.

RECIPE

125 ml of water
300 g of quinoa
60 g flax seeds
60 ml olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

First, we wash the quinoa several times until the water is clean and transparent, we mix it with the flax seeds and the water, we let it rest for a minimum of 3 hours. Then we preheat the oven to 160 degrees, we put the quinoa in a food processor. quinoa and the soaked flax, the oil and the rest of the ingredients. We process it until it becomes a dough or you can leave it a little more rustic by processing it less, to your liking. We pour the preparation into a greased mold and put it in the oven at 160 degrees for 45 minutes and click to see if it is done, if the mold were very high the cooking time could be longer.
