HOW TO MAKE A GRILLED PEACH COBBLER: QUICK AND EASY DESSERT ON THE WEBER KETTLE

Grilled Peach Cobbler

6 ripened peaches (Peeled and quartered)
1 cup brown sugar
8 tbsp butter or shortening

Batter
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 can of evaporated milk

Directions

Over hot coals, grill up Peeled and quartered peaches. Just grill marks and light charring. Slice peaches and put in a cast iron pan over the fire with brown sugar. Cook over high heat until the peaches are slightly soft and the sugar makes a rich syrup. Mix all batter ingredients together in a separate bowl. In a 12-inch cast iron skillet, melt butter. Remove from the smoker and pour batter into the hot skillet. Use a spoon or spatula to spread the batter around. Spoon peaches and syrup into the batter as evenly as possible. Top with ground cinnamon. Cook in a smoker around 350-375 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from the smoker and serve warm. Topped with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
