It's really easy to binge anime these days and some sites like Netflix even make it mandatory by holding a show hostage until it's finished airing to provide all episodes at once. But what happens if you watch it as it was meant to be watched and not just weekly?

Katanagatari aka Sword Story is a show that aired back in 2010 but it wasn't your standard 20 minute episode that aired weekly, instead it was a whopping 50 minutes per episode show that aired once a month.

Now, I've been binging shows for a quite a while and I'd like to visit the opposite side of the spectrum and see if watching a show monthly, as it was meant to be watched, is worth it and changes my viewing experience. Spoiler alert, it does.
