We visit 3 pond builds and projects around Los Angeles.

PLAYA DEL REY - We rebuilt a pond that we built 18 years ago for a client in Playa Del Rey. The client wanted to update the look of the waterfalls, take out some of the shelves and re-home 7 of her 10 turtles. Allowing for better filtration for her large koi.

GLENDORA – We rebuilt this client’s pond because it was in DESPERATE need of a proper biological filtration system. As you will see in the before footage, you couldn’t see 6” below the water’s surface – it was green and cloudy. We took out his sand / pressure filter and replaced the system with a large Aquascape biological filtration system that uses beneficial bacteria to filter the nutrients in the water.

PORTER RANCH – We are still mid-construction on this stunning large-scale koi pond complete with all of the bells and whistles. The customer has purchased upwards of $30,000 worth of koi fish ON THE WAY HERE from Japan. He only wants the best for his Koi Fish, so we are adding underwater color lights that are controlled via WIFI from the client’s smartphone, jets, aeration, UV – you name it!

MY HOUSE – we took a pit stop along the way to check out Logan Paul’s $6 Mantis Shrimp that now lives in my sons’ room. Check out how the $6 shrimp is doing ;)
