Ramen Stir Fry - 볶음라면
Best quick and easy vegan dinner recipe. Easy to prepare in just 15 minutes.Delicious ramen stir fry with vegetables.

Ingredients:
Mushrooms: 1 ½ cup
Broccoli:1 ½ cup
Ramen : 2 packs
Salt : to Taste
Oil: 2 Tsp

Sauce
Sesame oil: 1 Tsp
Garlic: 3 cloves (crushed)
Ginger: ½ Tsp (crushed)
Brown Sugar: 1 Tsp
Soy Sauce: 2 Tbs
Chili Sauce: 1 Tsp
Red chili: 1 (sliced)
Peanut Butter: 1 Tsp

Garnish:
Spring onion
Sesame seeds



Procedure:

Trim the florets off the broccoli, and cut into 1- to 1 1/2-inch piece. Slice mushrooms.

Heat oil in a wok on medium-high heat, and swirl to coat the wok.

Once the oil begins to smoke, add broccoli florets and sliced mushrooms.

Cook, stirring constantly, Season with salt and stir fry for about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from the pan.

Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles according to packet instructions. Drain.

In the same wok add sesame oil and heat on medium-high heat. Add crushed garlic and ginger and fry.

Next add brown sugar, soy sauce, chili sauce, fresh chili slices, and peanut butter. Mix until well combined.

Add cooked ramen noodles and stir-fried broccoli and mushrooms.

Mix well and remove from the heat.

Garnish with spring onions and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
