Ingredients
For the sponge
4 eggs
4 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp flour (I used rice flour for a gluten-free version)
For the vanilla cream
170 g cream cheese
170 ml cream (I used 4 heaped tbsp for the cream)
4 tbsp powdered sugar
Vanilla paste
For the Dalgona coffee
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp instant coffee
3 tbsp hot water
8'' springform cake tin
Baking time 20-25 minutes
200C/400F
