From Baler we drove through the jungle for about 45 minutes to reach Dibut. This hidden gem is located in the middle of the jungle, and is surrounded by the ocean as well as fresh water. Upon arrival we stopped to get some drinks for the 15 minute hike to the private beach of Kuya Noel. Once there we went to the water where we found a local fishing with just a line. We attempted to try for ourselves, but weren’t successful. Instead, we decided to snorkel where we saw a beautiful, untouched reef with a lot of fish. After we finished snorkeling we ate lunch, which included roasted chicken and fresh caught tuna. And relaxing we headed back out to find a waterfall, but instead stumbled upon another beach where we decided to snorkel. There were beautiful underwater caves and crevasses full of fish that we saw before heading back to end the day at the cove. We hiked the 15 minutes back and drove back to the hotel. While driving back one of our friend needed to poop really bad. We have to stop in the middle of the jungle so he could do his thing. I guess when nature calls there’s nothing you can do about it.
