An installation video on the methods I used to install window stools on several of our windows. I also showcase a stained wood vs the painted option. The window stool is also referred to as the sill or apron. The sill is technically what is on the outside of the window, on the bottom. The apron is the portion of trim underneath the stool or sill.

I measure the window opening, cut the pieces of wood with a table saw and jigsaw, sand with dewalt power sander, and prime + paint.
