03:31 - Step 1: Attach 22 x 190 cm (75") cords onto the dowel with Lark's Head knots.
04:56 - Step 2: Make 3 rows of Alternating Square knots. Then add another 4 rows.
09:46 - Step 3: Add another row of Alternating Square knots.
10:11 - Step 4: Skip the far-right Square knot (right 4 cords), and add a row of Square knots to the left.
11:10 - Step 5: Skip the left Square knot (left 6 cords), and make a row of Square knots to the right.
11:51 - Step 6: Add 3 more rows of Alternating Square knots in the middle with one less Square knot with each row made.
14:03 - Step 7: Make 2 Square knots in the middle and a Half knot on each side.
15:49 - Step 8: Using a 47 cm (18.5") cord as an anchor cord make a row of Double Half Hitch ("DHH") knots across.
19:49 - Step 9: Skipping 1.5" down, make another row of DHH knots following the row above with a 47 cm (18.5") anchor cord.
22:25 - Step 10: Using 26 cm to 43 cm (14" to 17") cords, make several Rose knots.
24:50 - Step 11: Attach the Rose knots onto 2-loop sections with a Square knot, or a Double Overhand knot at the back.
30:28 - Step 12: Trim off the excess fringe at the back.
32:21 - Step 13: Using another 47 cm (18.5") cord, make a row of DHH knots underneath skipping 1 cm of space.
33:06 - Step 14: Leave 48 cm (19") of fringe underneath and trim off excess.
35:00 - Step 15: Weave 22 x 48 cm (19") cord lengths through 2 loops at a time for a Layer of fringe.
37:20 - Step 16: Tie the anchor cords to the back loops with Overhand knots.
38:14 - Step 17: Trim the fringe to desired shape and length.
39:21 - Outro
