Bowman Bay is a small, protected waterway in Deception Pass Park. Beautiful and has a glorious view of the sunset. If you have a kayak (or rent one from the on site kayak rental), there is plenty to explore and see. Maybe even meet a seal or an otter who's also exploring this lovely place!
