Hello Everyone!

Summer is coming to a close, and a great way to enjoy the fresh peaches still in the market is by making a Peach Crisp. This Old-Fashioned Recipe has been around for generations. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.

Peach Crisp
6 C. Fresh Peaches, peeled and sliced
1/2 C. Sugar
2 T. Flour or Corn Starch

For the Crisp
1/2 C. All-Purpose Unbleached Flour
3/4 C. Old Fashioned Oats
4 T. Light Brown Sugar
5 T. Soft Salted Butter (if using Unsalted Butter, add a pinch of Salt to the crisp dry mix)

Bake @ 375 degrees in a 13x9 buttered casserole dish, 45-55 minutes or until hot and bubbly and golden brown on top. I like to check my crisp at about 35 minutes to see how it is baking up.

Enjoy!
