Hello everyone.

Two years ago, I took part in a very cool project. I had been working with Princess Cruises for a few years as a freelancer photographer, and had covered the inauguration of their new ship the Majestic Princess in April of 2017. It was a big deal and a big ship.

A month and a half later, I embarked on the Majestic Princess for its maiden voyage. Starting in Rome, we followed the maritime Silk Road all the way to Shanghai. The route was absolutely incredible and I brought along my friend Iouri to assist me throughout, and to compose the music for the weekly videos I produced for Princess Cruises along the way.

This was an incredible trip and a wonderful personal experience to share with a good friend. A lot of travel, new cultures, new foods and new encounters along this hilarious trip. We were in our own bubble for sure, and it was awesome.

I had produced three VLOGs back then while on ship, but the workload and limited internet access made it damn near impossible to keep up the pace. Without forgoing what little sleep I had that is.

I’ll be revisiting this journey and sharing this journey with you over the next few weeks (months?) looking back at the footage in the Time Capsule.


Vlog#4 was our third stop and we were in Santorini, Greece for the day. I had seen many pictures of the places, and was still charm when I wandered the narrow greek streets. The only shame is spending so little time on site, would have loved to see it at night, but as you will see, the ship has a curfew and we had to get moving.

Culturally confused - I was born in the Basque Country, and am French/US citizen of Indian origin.
After studying economics and politics at the American University of Paris (AUP), I decided to pursue a career in photography.

Born and raised in Bayonne (France), I am now based in Paris, France. I primarily focus on commercial food photography and editorial and commercial travel photography. I also direct travel videos and aerial photography and video footage as well.
