Forgiveness starts with yourself. It is too easy to walk through life carrying the baggage of all the mistakes we have made, so I wrote this song to help alleviate the burdens of the past. But it's not that easy to really release these things in reality, so I invite everyone to sing along and allow forgiveness into your hearts.

Take a moment to let it all go and begin living in the moment once again so you may have the gift of the present and all the awareness that comes with it.

So, thank you for taking time for self-healing, come back anytime for a reminder, to forgive yourself for what you say or do, and for participating when you feel you knew better, but did it anyway.
