One of my favorite recipes are Mettwurst, naturally smoked. I would like to show you in this video because it is really easy to gather your courage and tackle it  super delicious and mega easy.

Ingredients :
• 1kg belly
• 1kg pork neck
• 40g pickling salt
• 6g white pepper
• 12g mustard seeds (whole)
• 2g allspice
• 2g of paprika
• 0.50g garlic
• 0.08g nutmeg
• 0.04g cloves
