In this video we will discuss how to deal with error 0x00000709 and error 0x0000011b when sharing a printer, this usually happens on Windows 10. Usually this happens because of an update on Windows itself which results in us not being able to share printers. all types of windows updates that start with KB5xxxx, especially the Security Update type. For example :
- KB5006674
- KB5006670
- KB5006667
- KB5006714
- KB500xxx

This results in an error message like the following:

1. Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000709). Double click the printer name and make sure that the printer is connected to the network.

2. Windows cannot connect to the printer. Operation Failed with error 0x0000011b

The solution is that we will replace the Win32spl.dll file with an older version that still supports printer sharing.
