#ingredients (170 degree oven 10 minutes) (6~7 cookies)
cake flour 250g
Butter 120g
icing suger 70g
1 egg
vanilla extracy
chocolate
Food coloring Red
m & m

Candy
Water 40g
Sugar 170g
Corn syrup 80g

1. Stir in room temperature butter, sugar powder, then room temperature egg and vanilla extract.
2. Sift the soft flour into the creamed butter and mix it like you're cutting it.
3. Cut the cookie plaster with a cutter.
The plaster has to be cold, otherwise it will melt down, which in case you can put it in the freezer.
4. Bake in the oven in 170'C for 10 minutes.
5. Boil sugar, water and starch syrup together.
I forgot to add the part where I put starch syrup in.
Put one drop into cold water and if it hardens then you can stop.
6. Pour syrup inside the baked cookie. If you do not follow the process #5, all the candy will melt down.
7. As the candy sets down put the cookies together using white chocolate, and decorate with another candy.
