If you have cabbage at home, try making it like this. This might just be the best side dish, ever. It's the perfect balance of flavors and textures.

[Ingredients] 1/3 cabbage, 1 onion, 1/2 tablespoon salt (one pinch of onion), 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon unrefined raw sugar, 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper

1. Slice the washed cabbage thinly.
2. Put 1/2 tablespoon of salt in a generous bowl and mix well, then press into a heavy bowl.
3. After 10 minutes, mix them together and let stand for 10 minutes by pressing them again with a heavy bowl.
4. Cut the onion in half, shred it into thin slices, and place it in the pickled cabbage cold.
5. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on the onion and mix well with the cabbage.
6. Add lemon juice, unrefined raw sugar (optional), crushed red pepper and mix well. Put it in a glass container and leave it at room temperature for more than a day and enjoy it.

Tip 1: You can control the amount of salt! It's a recipe that's made so that you can eat a lot and not salty.
