Pak Hassan is known for making one of the best bubur lambuk in KL. He got to learn the recipe after receiving a tender to cook at Masjid Kampung Baru.

After 20 years of continuous support from customers, his is able to prepare 25 pots of bubur lambuk daily during Ramadhan month where more than 5000 packs are sold daily from RM2 each.

Mostly beef bubur lambuk is prepared here, while chicken and vege (sayur) ones can be bought via custom orders. The broth is cooked overnight then added with rice, coconut milk, fried shallots, daun sup (coriander) and seasonings to be stirred and meld the flavors.
