In this video we are felling the last Ash stem pulling it over into the garden with a tag line. It was a tad difficult as my lanyard wasn't long enough for me to be able to get the perfect aim in with my directional face cut, however sometimes perfection isn't always needed for a successful job. Rewatching the video I should have asked for the rubber matts to be moved over slightly to line up with my directional cut but we decided the weight of the tree would aid landing it on the matts. Unfortunately this was not the case this time resulting in slight lawn damage but missed the hedge below as we intended.The customer was still very happy with the job and we just filled the dented lawn in with some top soil so all was good in the end.
