hello everyone!
It tastes similar to busse. I think it tastes better.

Anyway, it's soft and fluffy. It's a taste that everyone will like and is familiar with.
I gave this to my guests and they loved it and said it was so delicious.
I highly recommend it and it tastes better when served cold.
There are a lot of tips and things to watch out for in the video, so make sure to watch it before try it!

Ingredients (8 sands)
103g egg whites
54g yolk
63g sugar in white
15g sugar in yolk
1g salt
75g cake flour
15g almond powder
10g vegetable oil (I used brown rice oil)
3g vanilla bean paste (extract can be substituted)

60g cream cheese
200g heavy cream
28g Granulated sugar

Raspberry jam (refer to video)
Powdered sugar



✔Bake in a preheated oven at 329℉ for 12 min (based on Smeg) Temperature may vary depending on the oven and time will vary depending on the amount of panning.
✔It tastes best when sealed and refrigerated for a day before being eaten cold.
✔Recommend baking on paper foil or Defron sheet (perforated mat not recommended)
