Korean chicken sauce recipe!
(Yangnyeom chicken sauce)
It's really delicious(not spicy)~!
Use leftover fried chicken or frozen fried chicken.
Simply fry frozen popcorn chicken in the airfrier.
I made a Chimaek cup!
(If you put coca-cola in it, it'll be nice, too.^ 3^❤️)


'Chimaek' means chicken and beer in Korean


Ingredients - Sauce
(1 serving)

Red pepper paste 1/2 Ts
Starch syrup 2Ts
Sugar 2Ts
Soy sauce 1Ts
Crushed garlic 1Ts
Red pepper powder 1Ts (optional)
Onion 1/4 (chopped)
Beef soup stock 1pinch (I use DASIDA)
a little water
---------------------------------
Starch 1/2Ts
Ketchap 2~3Ts (Adjust according to your preference)
(Please add ketchup after completing the sauce.)
Some black pepper


Process
1. Add all sauce ingredients except starch, ketchup and pepper and boil them down.
2. When the onion is cooked, mix starch in water and boil it down.
3. If the sauce becomes sticky, add ketchup and pepper and mix well.



Ingredients - Chimaek cup

Frozen popcorn chicken
A bit of cooking oil
Beer or Coke
Paper cup


Process
1. Put frozen popcorn chicken in a plastic bag and mix with cooking oil. (see video)
2. Bake in air fryer at 180 ° C for 10 minutes.
(Please adjust the temperature and time according to the air fryer.)
3. Put it in a paper cup and add the sauce and put it in the cup with the straw.
4. Enjoy the most convenient beverage and chicken in the world.^ 3^❤️
