-500g flour

-150ml milk
-150ml water
-1 egg (we only need half of it for the dough)
-10g salt

[Madeleines]
-110g flour
-1/4 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp salt
-135g melted butter
-2 eggs
-zest of 1 lemon
-130g sugar
