⁠ ‪@Fourtwofitness‬ the focus is on the four minute set of exercises and two minute set of exercises. In this video you get introduced to 6 min chest and shoulders exercises. It is encouraged to repeat this routine at least once.

The key is to combine arm, abs or leg exercises for a total of 36 minutes a day for four to five days a week, with pre-workout foam roll and stretch. Warm up cardio can include walking, swimming, biking, hiking or any other type of recreational activity. After workout, follow with cool down cardio and foam roll and stretch routine.
