Best sous vide cooking time and temperature for steaks. What influence does the temperature have when cooking and what role does the time play when cooking? I cooked 9 steaks sous vide at different temperatures and cooking times.
For which steaks is this method useful?
Striploin, sirloin, rib-eye and tenderloin (but I would only cook sous vide for 2 hours as it is naturally tender).
