Coloured MDF. The two main brands (in the UK) of coloured throughout MDF are Valchromat and Finsa Fibracolor; I used Fibracolor in Anthracite (dark grey) as it comes in larger sheets that make it less costly than the Valchromat. Easier just to Google the name to find a stockist local to you.
