Panna Cotta is an easy dessert made basically just from cream, sugar an gelatine. I do add a little milk as well. The translation from Panna Cotta means nothing else but boiled cream.

Ingredients:
375 ml cream
40 ml milk
100 g sugar
1/2 vanilla pod
4 leaves of gelatine (if you chill them over night you can use just 2,5 to 3 leaves of gelatine)
