Ramen is a blend of Japanese tradition and Science. This ramen is a science broken down into simplicity. Only 3 ingredients used for broth. May be 2 ingredients if you don’t have Kombu. The entire process is fun from cooking to slurping. ( if you can slurp)

Broth
1200 ml of Water
3 Pcs of Kombu
450g of ground Chicken

Chicken Chashu
About 450ml of water
Chicken breast
30g salt
10 to 15 twists of black pepper

Seasoning for 1 bowl of ramen
5g of Salt
360 ml if broth

Slurp it like it’s hot.
