Kuttu Ke Pakore is a crispy vegan and gluten-free snack recipe made with potatoes and Buckwheat flour. Also known as vrat wale pakore, these buckwheat fritters are a delicious snack option for Navratri fast and falahari meal.
Today I made Roasted Pakodas with Lauki(Bottle Gourd) and Buckwheat Flour (Kuttu Atta).
Most of the devotees keep fasting during this sacred time by taking healthy and energizing vrat food.
So these pakodas are not only tasty but Healthy Too.
Ingredients:-
For Pakodas
Buckwheat Flour ( Kuttu Atta)- 1 Cup
Lauki - 1 ( 500 ) GMS
Coriander Leaves - 2 spoon
GREEN Chilli - 1
Sendha Namak
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1 spoon
For Dip
Yogurt - 2 Spoon
Sendha Namak - As per taste
Cumin Powder
Coriander Leaves - 2 tsp
Green Chili - 1
