And here is the latest progress video of the mall construction in mid-August 2021.

The main construction structure has been completed, the west walls have been painted, but the north, east, and south walls have not been painted.

Then the floor coverings and facades also seem to have not been completed.

Trio Mall and Hotel, which is located on Jalan H M Sarbini or right next to the Bumirejo Village Office, Kebumen District, has been planned since 2017.

The laying of the first stone was carried out by the Regent of Kebumen KH Yazid Mahfudz on Friday, November 15, 2019 marking the process of building malls and hotels.

Director of CV Trio Bumen Jaya, Tanto Sakti Wibowo, said that Trio Mall was built by CV Trio Bumen Jaya with an investment value of Rp 120 billion.

This hotel and mall occupies an area of ​​4,480 square meters, which will be built on five floors with a total building area of ​​15,000 square meters.

Includes parking, ground floor, upper floor, ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor.

The mall will be equipped with a supermarket, tenant, cafe, department store, cinema studio, atrium, play area/gamezone and foodcourt.

The hotel will provide 80 deluxe rooms, 8 executive rooms and 2 suite rooms.

In addition, it will also be equipped with a swimming pool, gym, ball room with a capacity of 400 people.

The road to the east of the Bumirejo Kelurahan office in Gang Jati will be widened by 2 meters for visitor transportation access.

Trio Mall will later become a new icon in Kebumen with the hope of encouraging increased economic and tourism activities in Kebumen

To support the development and marketing of MSMEs, there will be an exhibition area for local products.

Including Kebumen culinary actors will be encouraged to fill the foodcourt area.

Provision of a typical Kebumen menu as one of the menu options at the Trio Front One Hotel Kebumen.

Trio Mall is expected to absorb a lot of workers. Those who are involved must be prioritized by the residents of Kebumen. So that it can reduce unemployment in Kebumen Regency

The establishment of the Trio Front One Hotel and Trio Mall Kebumen will encourage investment in Kebumen so as to improve the welfare of the people of Kebumen.

The construction of the Trio Kebumen hotel mall is targeted for completion in December 2021.
