Ingredients:
*For the dough:*
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1/2 cup warm water (adjust as needed)

*For the filling:*
1 cup cooked noodles (e.g., egg noodles or rice noodles)
1/2 cup finely chopped vegetables (e.g., carrots, bell peppers, and green onions)
1/2 cup cooked meat (optional, e.g., chicken or pork, finely chopped)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger

Instructions:

1. *Prepare the Dough:*
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
2. Create a well in the center, add the egg, and gradually mix in the warm water until a soft dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2. *Prepare the Filling:*
1. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
2. Add the chopped vegetables and cook until tender.
3. Stir in the cooked noodles and meat (if using), then add soy sauce. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is well mixed and heated through. Set aside to cool.
