Vanilla Chiffon Cake Recipe

2 ¼ cup Cake flour
1 ½ tbspn baking powder
1 tspn salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
7 eggyolks
½ cup canola
1 tspn vanilla
Meringue
7 eggwhites
1 ½ tspn Cot
½ cup sugar
Topping
Mangoes or peach in tins
And chocolate syrup
Frosting
Whipping cream 750ml
1 and 1/2 cup upto 2 cups sifted icing sugar

In a bowl Mix dry ingredients except sugar set aside

Put in a bowl eggyolks,sugar,water,oil and vanilla mix until sugar is dissolve
Sift ib dry ingredients mix until no lumps
Set aside
Meringue
Beat eggwhites and crean of tartar using whisk attachment of stand mixer or hand mixer.(max speed)
Add sugar slowly beat until stiff
Add into eggyolk mixture cut and fold method
Then divide the batter into 8x3 inches pan
No grease or pachment kapag round baking pan

Kapag 11x15 inches kagaya sa video grease and lined with parhment para madaling matangal at sobrang ganda talaga


Bake 160c 35 to 45 or until done
