[Ingredients]
80g tiny dried anchovies
40g Pine nut,
40g Walnut
15g sliced garlic
1 teaspoon ground sesame seed
5 Tablespoon rice wine ( or Cooking wine)
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 Tablespoon plum extract
3 Tablespoon cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon Sesame oil
4 Tablespoon oligosaccharide
[Directions]
1. Fry anchovy for 2 minutes in weak fire
2. Roasted anchovies in a mesh
3. Fry nuts lightly
4. Boil a portion of the Garlic, oligosaccharide, soy sauce, rice wine, plum extract together
5. Mix with anchovies
