Ingredients:
Potatoes- 2 large / 1,5 lb / 700g
Salt 1/2 tsp (or to taste)
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Starch 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
The beauty of this recipe is in the technique. We won't boil the potatoes, we'll just pour boiling water over them.
You can peel the potatoes - the taste will not change 😋
The potatoes are delicious both cold and hot!
