1/2 tsp of salt
3/4 cup of sugar
1 tbs Orange rind/zest
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup orange juice
6 pcs egg yolks
6 pcs egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp
for creamy butter icing:
300 grams of unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
for decoration slices:
1-2 orange fruits, slice thinly
1 cup sugar
300 grams of water
