I have never eaten such delicious strawberry cake. Cake that melts in your mouth.
Ingredients:
Note: The volume of the cup is 250ml
For dough:
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
80g (0.4 cup) sugar
100g (1/2 cup) vegetable oil
100ml (2/5 cup) milk
200g (1.2 cup) flour
12g (1.5 tsp) baking powder
Baking pan 28 cm

For jam:
300g (2 cups) strawberries
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
10g (1 tbsp) cornstarch
30ml (2 tbsp) water

For cheese mixture:
160g (2/3 cup) cream cheese
1 egg
16g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
30g (2 tbsp) sugar
Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ (356℉) for about 50 minutes
