Grab a a small ball or something squishy and a mat. Roll up a bath towel or use a small pillow if you don't have a ball. This workout will focus on the inner thighs, core, and booty. Barre and pilates inspired. 25 minutes of continuous work. Please double or triple roll your mat up to provide more cushion to your hip if you experience any discomfort laying on your side. No cardio. Low impact, low resistance, high burn.
