Resep Telur Tomat. Tomato Scrambled Eggs atau Telur Tomat merupakan hidangan dari Tiongkok, semacam olahan telur orak-arik yang dipadukan dengan tomat segar, campuran saus tomat, dan bumbu lainnya. Tentunya sangat praktis dan mudah dibuat.

Resep Telur Tomat (untuk 2-3 porsi)

Bahan:
5 butir telur, kocok
2 buah tomat, iris
½ siung bawang bombai, iris
3 siung bawang putih, geprek
1 batang daun bawang, potong ±3 cm
3 sdm saus tomat
1 sdm kecap asin
½ sdm saus tiram
80 ml air
¼ sdt merica
1 sdt penyedap
½ sdm gula
Minyak goreng secukupnya

Langkah:
1. Campurkan air, saus tomat, kecap asin, saus tiram, merica, penyedap, dan gula di dalam mangkuk lalu aduk rata
2. Panaskan wajan dengan api besar lalu tuang minyak agak banyak dan setelah panas matikan api kemudian tuang telur dan aduk-aduk sebentar, sisihkan
3. Panaskan minyak lalu tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombai hingga wangi kemudian masukkan tomat dan daun bawang bagian putih lalu masak sebentar
4. Tuang saus dan telur lalu aduk hingga rata
5. Masukkan daun bawang bagian hijau, aduk dan matikan api
6. Telur Tomat siap disajikan

Done in 4 Minutes! Healthy, Practical Tomato Scrambled Eggs Recipe

Tomato Scrambled Eggs is a Chinese dish. It’s a scrambled egg paired with fresh tomatoes and a mix of tomato sauce with other sauces. It’s very practical and easy to make.

Tomato Scrambled Eggs Recipe (yield 2-3 servings)

Ingredients:
5 pc egg, whisked
2 pc tomato, sliced
½ pc onion, sliced
3 clove garlic, pounded
1 pc green onions, slice to ±3 cm
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp oyster sauce
80 ml water
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp flavor enhancer
½ tbsp sugar
Oil, as needed

Steps:
1. Combine water, tomato sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, flavor enhancer, and sugar in a bowl. Mix well.
2. Heat the pan on high heat. Add quite a bit of oil. After the oil is heated, turn the heat off and add the eggs in. Stir for a bit and set aside.
3. Heat some oil. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant. Then, add the tomatoes and the white part of the green onion. Cook for a bit.
4. Pour the sauce and the eggs in. Mix well.
5. Add the green part of the green onions. Stir and turn the heat off.
6. Tomato Scrambled Eggs is ready to serve.
