Installation process
1. Go to https://github.com/tzutalin/labelImg
2. Download the github repo
3. Open anaconda prompt & change to the file directory
4. Key in the following command in anaconda
a) conda install pyqt=5
b) conda install lxml=4.6.1
c) pyrcc5 -o libs/resources.py resources.qrc
d) python labelImg.py
