Ordered this SPK 500 mobile smoker for the start of our bbq company located in Aztec, NM. Drove 1300 miles each way to pick the unit up from the good folks at the factory in Alamo, Tennessee. Jared and Bret were awesome and easy to work with.
I didn’t catch the fire box in the video. It has a removable tray that sits nicely inside the box and the tray is removable. I don’t know if an ash scraper is available but I think this should work well.
