The AMRAP consists of five exercises combining strength and
high intensity to keep your heart rate elevated while your muscles work hard. While the aim is
to complete as many reps as possible in each 50 seconds work time, ensure you are
maintaining proper technique for the entire set. Use the 10 seconds between each working set
to lower your heart rate, reset, then go again.

This workout can help to improve your
endurance, coordination and balance, so it’s always a good workout to come back to test
your fitness.
