It has been lovely reminiscing about the lazy summer days of my childhood for the current Roxy’s journal of Stitchery prompt for our field notes journal inspired by Edith Holden. #Roxysjournalofstitchery

Sharing a tutorial or how to guide for slow stitching daisies - like the ones used to make daisy chains - and dandelion puffs - like the ones you propel into the air with a puff of breath.

This easy slow stitch project is suitable for beginners as you only need a few stitches like straight stitch, lazy daisy stitch and couching.

I hope you enjoy stitching these beautiful flowers and botanicals with me.
