To keep your body moving with less strain and pain, you must learn how to TRANSITION from one support point to the next. We often rush through movements and miss the magic moments where most of the movement mistakes happen.
The "Get Up Exercise" where you simply get up off the floor (or in this case, up and down off a pickup truck tailgate), is a great way to work on this important transition.
