Let's get a bit silly! This practice will explore how emotions can be acted out while bringing awareness to how they affect our bodies, minds, and mindfulness.

We start with some grounding in the present moment at 00:35, practicing five emotions at 02:07, morphing through them at 05:08, then pushing our joy as far as it goes at 5:50.

After that, the lofi music continues with simple imagery and written reminders of the four parts of practice:
Present: 9:45
5 Emotions: 14:53
Morphing: 20:02
Push & Pull: 25:10

But, of course, you can use those time stamps to jump around or spend more time in any part you like. Enjoy!
