🧑‍🍳COOKING DIRECTIONS

Long yam…500g
Chicken thigh…400g
Shimeji...1/2
Onion…1 piece
Zucchini…1/2
Perilla...appropriate amount
Egg yolk…1 piece
Cheese for pizza…100g
Soy sauce…2 tablespoons
Sesame oil…1 tablespoon
Salt...a little bit
Pepper...a little

■How to make
①Peel the long yam, make half into a paste using a blender, and cut the other half into rounds. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
②Cut the chicken into 1-2cm cubes, thinly slice the onion, slice the zucchini into rings, and remove the stones from the shimeji mushrooms and divide them into small bunches.
③Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add chicken breast, onion, zucchini, yam (round slices), and shimeji mushrooms in that order. When the chicken breast changes color and the vegetables become soft, turn off the heat and transfer to an oven plate.
④Pour the long yam (paste) prepared in ① onto ③, spread with melted pizza cheese, then place the oven plate in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, adjusting the baking time until the surface is golden brown. bake.
