Running a successful business is not about finding the most important thing, it's really about everything. As an entrepreneur you have to keep all the plates in the air and spinning while you grow the business. Eventually growth will allow you to hire someone to take a plate or two for you.


I often hear entrepreneurs, getting ready to open their business, asking "How do I get clients?" This should be your main focus, not the tools, not the stuff. The business doesn't start until you have a check in hand, get that check and then figure out how to put the pieces together.


As an entrepreneur you will always be selling, you will always be growing. It's really ALL the things that make a business, not just ONE thing. If is was easy, everyone would be doing it.
