Welcome! Our custom new construction home is finally ready! We have designed, built, and flipped a number of homes over the years (personal and investment), and even though this is our 4th personal home build, this particular process has been a journey that somewhat felt like forever amidst a pandemic.

We knew we loved this acreage community since moving to The Woodlands in 2017 (Houston Texas area), and with time, knowledge, and relentless searching, we finally found the perfect waterfront acre lot, and decided to build. Our land purchase/design till moving in spanned April 2020 to October 2021.

We thought we knew a lot already, but boy did we learn!! We learned even more about ourselves, the real estate market during a pandemic, home design, custom construction, increasing home value, and new construction overall, that we would love to share. We were also blessed to be able to DIY multiple projects in our home, including accent walls, concrete fireplace, pantry cabinets, custom closet and many others, to achieve the finish we desired at a fraction of the cost.
