Hello Everyone and welcome to my channel! In today’s video, which is actually my 1st YouTube video (YAY me!), I’m going to give you a tour of our empty new house.

My husband and I started construction on our house in the summer of 2021 and we just closed in March 2022, so it’s been a long process.

This is a semi-custom, new construction house. Total square footage is approximately 3900, with an additional 3300 SF in the unfinished basement. The house sits on 1.25 acres. Also, we’re south of Atlanta, GA, and are considered to be in the Metro Atlanta area.
