ALOPECIA SUPPORT SERIES 🖤

Following on from mental health awareness week, I felt it was important to provide some awareness and support for sufferers of alopecia. Alopecia can impact severely on your mental health so the purpose of this series is to help those who may be struggling. To provide hope, inspire them and to help on their journey of self acceptance.

Welcome to episode 3!

In this episode we will be sharing with you the brighter side to having alopecia! THERE ARE SO MANY good things that come from this condition that we may not consider or appreciate enough. It is definitely important to find positivity in your life and through your alopecia journey as it will greatly impact on your mental health and make the road to self acceptance easier.
We are all at different stages in our own journey but when asked what the positives are of having alopecia, every person could think of at least one! Start today by thinking of a positive and work from there 😁

I am so happy that those who have featured in this video is growing! I never expected to find so many people with alopecia as often you can feel like the only one! If you also want to be involved in our final episode, please do message me!

The final part of the video features some of the lovely Shaday's writing. I asked if she could write something little that focused on alopecia and positivity and what she created was just beautiful. She is a beautiful girl with such a talent, so thank you.
