Sky News host Peta Credlin has described Anthony Albanese’s speech to parliament about the October 7 attacks as “spellbinding”.
Opposition Leader Peter Dutton rejected the government’s October 7 motion after it tried to include mentions of the deaths in Gaza and Lebanon.
“He started out with all that lovely language about Jewish Australians, then he starts using terms like ceasefire and away he goes and it became a motion about Gaza and southern Lebanon,” Ms Credlin said.
“I reckon you’d have to go back a couple of decades to find any other parallel like it in the parliament.”
