My students gave presentation on accounts payable (PTP) process in SAP FICO.
I divided my students into two teams and asked each team to do presentation on PTP process. Students tried their best and most of them gave presentation for the first time in their life.
Why I do such activities is because for getting job they will need more than just technical knowledge.
I am trying to ensure that they don’t just acquire technical skills but acquire other essential skills also like team work and communication.

1. Divide the work between team members and try to complete in time.
2. Do multiple rehearsals before actual presentation.
3. Review each other work and try to improve.
4. Keep content in logical sequence.
5. Use less text and more visuals in your presentation material.
6. Start presentation with high energy.

Some companies already started this approach, they ask candidates to do presentation. It’s one of the crucial rounds in their selection process.
